The Department of Aviation of the City of Manchester, New Hampshire—the owner and operator of the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT)—invites applications for the position of Assistant Airport Director – Properties and Contract Management.
The Airport has selected Steven Baldwin Associates to conduct a confidential, national search for this position.

The Airport has an operating budget of $42 million for 2018, and employs approximately 65 people. With several recently completed ambitious capital projects of renovation and expansion—including a consolidated security checkpoint to improve passenger flow, and a new rental car facility—the Airport is well-positioned for continued excellence and high performance.
- The Airport is seeking an experienced and energetic Assistant Airport Director in Properties and Contract Management who can manage a department that oversees the current roster of contracts and leases, and also provide business development with respect to both aeronautical and non-aeronautical opportunities.
